Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks, guides, templates, and other downloadable content are final. Once a purchase is completed and the digital product is delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Please read product descriptions carefully before making a purchase, and if you have any questions, feel free to contact us at peter@peterheinzl.com before completing your order.

Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • Non-Delivery of Product: If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase, contact us so we can verify and resend the link.
  • Technical Issues: If the file is corrupt, inaccessible, or faulty and we are unable to provide a working version, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (changing your mind after purchase).
  • Failure to download the product after purchase.
  • Not reading the product description before buying.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We do not offer exchanges or store credit for digital products. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct item before completing your order.

Late or missing refunds

If you have been approved for a refund but have not received it yet:

Check your bank or payment method to see if the refund is still processing.

Contact your credit card company – refunds may take several days to post.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
